Dr Faye Smith, Director of Avalon Consultancy Services, has been announced as the 2021 recipient of the IOM3’s Leslie Holliday Prize.

The Leslie Holliday Prize is presented by the Institute for Materials, Mineral and Mining (IOM3) in recognition of significant or technological contribution relating to any type of composite material.

Faye is the second recipient of this prize in Avalon Consultancy Services, with Prof Paul Hogg, a fellow Director, receiving the award in 2007.
